    The flat is located close to city centre shopping and amenities, the International Financial Services District and the new Barclay’s Campus. Today Finnieston has been developed as a modern residential and leisure area, mirroring Shoreditch in London. To this end many new bars and restaurants have been established, including The Ox & Finch, The Gannet, Six by Nico, The Kelvingrove Café, The Crabshakk and The Finnieston. Finnieston Street is a major junction on the Clydeside Expressway which was augmented with the addition of the Clyde Arc (known locally as “The Squinty Bridge”) over the River Clyde.

    Finnieston is also home to the SEC and the world-renowned SSE Hydro, where many sporting events and concerts are held.

    Public transport is available by bus and rail and there are excellent road links to the M8, M77 and M74 motorways. There is also road and bus links to Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports.

    Directions

    From Corum’s office on Hyndland Road, head south and straight through the traffic lights at Clarence Drive. Continue onto Highburgh Road, turn right onto Hyndland Street and at the bottom, turn left onto Dumbarton Road. Continue onto Argyle Street, past Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, eventually turning right onto Finnieston Street. Continue on Finnieston Street to the Squinty Bridge and turn left onto Lancefield Quay, where number 81 will be found on the right hand side.
