Local Area

The property is situated within the charming village setting of Rhu, on the shoreline of Forth of Clyde. Rhu lies to the west of Helensburgh and on the north side of the Gareloch. It provides some of west central Scotland’s finest homes and is noted for its marina and yacht club. The village has its own primary school but more major facilities can be found within Helensburgh.

Helensburgh is served by three railway stations, Helensburgh Upper on the West Highland Line, Craigendoran, on the North Clyde Line and Helensburgh Central, the terminus of the North Clyde Line. It takes 50 minutes to reach the shops and offices of Glasgow City Centre and another 50 minutes to Edinburgh and the East Coast.
