Sales Negotiator

Sales Negotiator

Branch: West End
Role: Sales Negotiator
Salary: £DOE

Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced negotiator to join our West End office – someone sharp, driven, and ready to bring energy to one of the most competitive property markets in Scotland. This is your chance to join the team behind Glasgow’s most recognisable premium estate agency.

You will be matching buyers with homes, managing sales processes, and handling negotiations with professionalism and care, all whilst bringing personality and insight to every conversation; guiding clients through the process with confidence and clarity. This is a role that demands instinct, experience, and a calm head.

We are looking for someone who thrives on pace, brings local knowledge (or is ready to learn fast), and who understands what great service truly looks like. You will already have experience in property sales or a similar client-facing role and be ready to take the next step in your career.

In return, you will have the backing of a highly respected, market-leading brand with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service, a brilliant team beside you, and the opportunity to build your reputation within one of Glasgow’s most thriving markets.

To apply, contact John Kelly, Managing Partner, in confidence with a covering letter and CV.
