A well presented two bedroom bungalow on one level, with an integral garage and a generous, sun catching garden.

    Property Description
Set in Burnside Gardens, Kilbarchan, this lovely two-bedroom bungalow offers comfortable single level living with an integral garage. A front porch leads into the main hallway, where two large storage closets provide useful extra space.

The lounge is a generous reception room with an electric fireplace as its focal point. Off to the rear is a galley style kitchen with a range of base and wall-mounted units and direct access to the garden.

Both bedrooms are excellent doubles with fitted wardrobe space. The bathroom is a modern three-piece suite featuring a large walk-in shower.

Outside, the rear garden is a real highlight: a fabulous size, planted with shrubs and flower beds, laid to lawn, and with a large patio for enjoying the sun. To the front, the garden is landscaped for easy maintenance, with stone chip areas accented by flower pots. A single driveway leads to the integral garage.

    Local Area

Kilbarchan is a historic weaving village in Renfrewshire, with a conservation area centre of listed buildings, the steeple and statue of piper Habbie Simpson, and the National Trust for Scotland’s Weaver’s Cottage. Amenities include Kilbarchan Primary, churches, a park and bowling club, Kilbarchan AAC, and Lilias Day in June; everyday shops are limited, so most people use Johnstone. The village station closed in 1966 and the track is now National Cycle Route 7; the nearest trains are at Milliken Park or Johnstone, with buses such as the 32 into Johnstone and the A737 giving a short drive to the M8 and Glasgow Airport. Popular spots are Habbies Bar & Grill on New Street, the Trust Inn, and Bobbins Café near the Cross.
