New Homes Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant - Part Time

Location: Glasgow
Role: Sales Consultant
Salary: £DOE

Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and outgoing New Homes Sales Consultant to join our New Homes team on a part-time basis. This role will see your hours spread across both mid-week and weekends, supporting new build sales activity across Greater Glasgow.

This is a role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will need a friendly and professional telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to self-motivate.

Previous experience within the property industry would be advantageous, although not essential. An understanding of the new homes market would be a distinct bonus.

The workload will be varied, so a flexible approach is essential, and like every customer-focused business, there will be deadlines to meet and moments of pressure. If you can stay organised, calm, and focused, you will fit right in.

What will I do?

In this role, you will support the delivery of new homes sales across a range of developments throughout Greater  Glasgow, often working onsite from sales suites at the residential developments we are selling on behalf of our clients.

Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, you will respond to enquiries, assist with viewings, and provide clear and  helpful guidance throughout the purchasing journey.

You will work closely with the wider New Homes team, contributing to sales activity across multiple sites and supporting the successful progression of reservations through to completion.

Alongside client interaction, you will manage administrative duties, assist with lead generation, and build detailed client profiles to ensure a tailored and informed approach to every buyer.

The Skills

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate, driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You should be confident thinking creatively and bringing new ideas forward, while also demonstrating strong written communication and solid computer literacy.

Attention to detail is essential, particularly when working across multiple developments and managing a range of  enquiries. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team. We value individuals who take initiative, ask questions, and maintain high standards at all times. As the role involves managing multiple tasks, it is important that you are comfortable working to deadlines and can perform effectively during busy periods.
