At Corum, we don’t just sell homes; we create outcomes that change lives. As part of our continued growth in Glasgow’s Southside, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Shawlands office and play a key role in shaping exceptional client journeys.
This isn’t just about administration or following processes. As a Sales Coordinator at Corum, you’ll be the engine room of the office; the person who keeps transactions moving, relationships strong, and opportunities alive. You’ll negotiate deals, align buyers and sellers, and ensure every sale delivers on our reputation for excellence.
What does a Sales Coordinator do at Corum?
- Work closely with buyers and sellers to guide them confidently through the sales process.
- Match clients to their dream homes with insight, care, and precision.
- Negotiate offers and stitch together deals that work for everyone.
- Collaborate with our sales consultants and partners to keep the office performing at its peak.
- Deliver outstanding client service – building trust at every step.
What makes this role different?
This isn’t about being a passive cog in a machine. At Corum, Sales Coordinators are central to our success. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, bring solutions, and see the tangible impact of your work in the lives of our clients. You’ll also be joining a business with ambition. We’re proud of our 22 years as Greater Glasgow’s leading estate agency – but we’re just as focused on building the next 22.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds an excellent track-record of delivering successful sales.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
- Brings exceptional organisational and negotiation skills to the table.
- Communicates with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and hungry to deliver results.
- Has experience in property, sales, or client-facing roles (ideal but not essential).
What’s in it for you?
- A chance to be part of a high-performing, supportive team in one of Glasgow’s most vibrant markets.
- Ongoing development and mentorship from industry leaders.
- The opportunity to grow with Scotland’s most respected property brand.
