We were thrilled this week to have officially unveiled our newly refurbished West End office on Hyndland Road, marking an important moment in the continued evolution of Corum Property.
“The West End has always been a special place to us, and it’s been a very important part of Corum’s story.”
“The West End has always been a special place to us, and it’s been a very important part of Corum’s story.”
For us, it marks something considered, sentimental and meaningful. This is one of our original offices, first opened over two decades ago, and for 23 years it has been central to how we have operated across Glasgow’s West End. From here, we have represented thousands of clients who have trusted us with the sale of their homes and, in doing so, played our part in helping shape the community around us.
The West End has always rewarded those who understand it. It is a market defined by culture, by architecture, and by a strong sense of place. It evolves, but it does so carefully. Over time, we have grown alongside it, guided by the same principle: consistency matters more than noise.
Under the stewardship of our Partner, John Davidson, alongside Associate Partner, Sally Cormack, the office has become a constant in an area where trust carries real weight. As John reflects, “The West End has always been a special place to work, and a very important part of Corum’s story. Over the past 23 years, we’ve had the privilege of representing an extraordinary range of homes and clients, and in many ways, growing alongside the area itself.”
It is not about change for the sake of it, but about ensuring that the environment in which we operate reflects the standard we set. As John puts it, “This new office reflects not just where we are today, but the standards we set for the future. It’s a space that allows us to better serve our clients, while remaining rooted in the community we know so well.”
It also forms part of a wider programme of investment across our network. From the West End through the suburbs of Greater Glasgow, and along the length of Ayrshire’s coast, we are upgrading each of our offices with the same level of care and intent.
“It’s a space that allows us to better serve our clients, while remaining rooted in the community we know so well.”

This is not simply about modernising spaces. It is about reinforcing our presence in the communities we serve. We operate in places that people are proud to call home, and we take the same view of our role within them. Investing in our offices is a reflection of that pride, and of our responsibility to continue showing up at the right standard, in the right way.
We have been part of the West End for over two decades. Reopening our doors on Hyndland Road is a clear statement of intent to continue delivering here, and across every area we serve, properly and consistently for the long term.
Because in places like these, that is what endures.
