The latest Price Index from Zoopla gives yet another positive indication for the prospects of Glasgow’s property market performance for the year ahead.
Nottingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow rank as the top three cities with the strongest prospects for 2020, indicating they will be towards the top end of a relatively narrow range of price growth for 2020.
There has been plenty of cause for optimism with experts from across the industry chiming richly about a buoyant bubble in the offing. Here at Corum, we have already seen excellent performance across Glasgow and the West of Scotland with the trend of quick sales and hungry buyers continuing on from last year. The most encouraging sign, however, is the influx of new properties coming the market.
A combination of post-General Election geo-political stability and consistent increase in Glasgow house prices seems to have those who were keeping the powder dry with regard to selling now pulling the trigger and also acting as a catalyst to motivate those who were unsure whether or not the market would reap reward for them to now sell.
