Spacious ground floor two bedroom apartment on Lapwing Drive, Renfrew, with Clyde views and superb access to Braehead.

    Property Description
Set on the ground floor of a highly popular modern development in Ferry Village, this generous two bedroom apartment offers bright, with an enviable outlook over the River Clyde.

The lounge is dual aspect and flooded with natural light, with views towards the river. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern base and wall-mounted units and complementary worktop space. The principal bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room that has been upgraded beyond the builder’s original specification. The second bedroom is a very generous double, and the main bathroom suite has likewise been upgraded beyond the original specification.

The location is exceptionally convenient. Braehead is close at hand, as is the Glide walkway along the Clyde. The new Renfrew Bridge, linking Renfrew with Yoker and Clydebank on the north bank, now gives a quick and convenient route over the river to the north side of the city and onwards to Glasgow’s West End. That crossing has only added to the appeal of this already popular waterside development of modern apartments.
