Bruce Patterson

Bruce has over twenty years experience as an Estate Agent, having begun his career in large corporates before founding the Corum Ayrshire business in 2005.

Since 2010, and the inception of Corums Troon & Largs branches, Bruce has driven the company into being the premiere estate agency on Scotland's west coast, despite the well documented pressure of challenging economic conditions. Fortune favoured the brave and following a hugely successful 2012 trading period, Bruce recently adopted the role of Managing Director for Ayrshire with overall responsibility for the region.

An Ayrshire native, Bruce has personally sold over 5,000 properties making him the most experienced Agent in the area. Bruce has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and a reputation for achieving the very best outcome for his buying and selling customers.

Prior to a career in estate agency Bruce travelled the globe as a professional cricketer. He was recently inducted into Cricket Scotland’s Hall of Fame and represented Scotland as an opening batsman at International level gaining 124 caps in the process and becoming Scotland’s second highest ever run scorer.

Bruce is married to Colette who also works in the business and they live in Alloway with their three children; Mathew, Sarah and Marc.
