Corum Launch Partnership With McCarthy & Stone For Scotland

Corum are delighted to announce a new partnership with luxury retirement living developer McCarthy & Stone. From November, Corum will be the only estate agent in Scotland marketing the three new McCarthy & Stone developments; Ashbrae in Newton Mearns, Riverwood in Milngavie and Merchants Gate in Pollokshields.

McCarthy & Stone have made a name for themselves in recent years as a leading builder of luxury retirement properties and their portfolio boasts dozens of locations across the UK.

Alongside supporting the sale of the three developments, Corum’s in-house marketing team will play an integral part in creating a dynamic marketing strategy for the project.

McCarthy & Stone are the latest New Homes developer to partner with Corum following on from the recent announcement on Huntly Homes and their Yorkhill apartment complex ‘The Works’.
