Arguably the most sought after and desirable location in Glasgow, is the Park.

The Park District area is bordered by the City Centre, Kelvingrove, Kelvingrove Park and Woodlands. Park Circus was built between 1855 and 1863. Many of the area’s large townhouses which were converted to offices during the latter half of the 20th century are being returned to residential use. It was declared a Conservation Area in 1970.

From Corum’s office on Hyndland Road, turn right and continue along as Hyndland Road runs onto Highburgh Road. At the traffic lights on Byres Road, proceed straight ahead onto University Avenue. Continue along here, passing Glasgow University, and turn right at the traffic lights onto Gibson Street. At the roundabout, proceed straight ahead onto Woodlands Road. Turn right and then first left into Lynedoch Place. Turn right again into Park Circus Place and continue to Park Circus. At the bottom of the road turn right onto Park Terrace and follow the road round as it becomes Park Quadrant – number 6 will be found shortly after on the right-hand side.
