Turn left at the traffic lights onto Queens Drive, hard right at the bowling green; continue along Queens Drive towards Cathcart Road. At the dip turn left into Queens Park Avenue, continue along Queens Park Avenue turning left onto Queen Mary Avenue. Proceed over the crest of the hill and number 44 stands on the right hand side; access to number 44A/upper conversion is via the access door to the right adjacent to the driveway.
